I'm trying to add my promotion history for Black Belt 1st Degree but the system is saying that my promotion history is incomplete and therefore not allowing me to add anything for that level. I skipped some belts in the promotion history but that's because there were some options for children's belts or belts that were not a part of any of the federations I was a part of.

I'm having a similar issue, in the club that I was brought in through gave me a promotion straight to 4th kyu via botsugan (won in competition. So other than my shodan and nidan, both of which I have the certificates from USA judo to support, my promotions are not saving.

I'm trying to verify my name by credit card. It charged me $2 but still says my name isn't verified. My name on my credit card exactly matches my profile and I used this card to verify my account on beltchecker so I'm not sure why it didn't work this time.

When you say 'unavailable', what exactly do you mean?

The fields simply aren't there for me to enter the information.

Where are you looking for them? Edit profile -> academy? A screenshot or url would be helpful :)

I hold the rank of Yondan and started by adding my Shodan rank. But when I try to add anything further (i.e. Nidan, Sandan, etc) I cannot. The POST seems to go through in the case of Nidan but nothing happens beyond that (i.e. no data gets stored in the DB, etc). Any idea on what could be going on? Or maybe this is normal due to lack of verification?

Have you tried adding some of the lower ranks to see if it opens up the ability to add higher ones?

Thx for responding. I found the problem. I was uploading a PDF of my rank certificate and it seems the site does not like PDF's. Converted that to an image file and data is in now.
